He heads up TLT's Restructuring practice in Manchester.

Alastair has over 20 years' experience in leading teams advising on a diverse range of restructuring assignments across industry sectors, all with the objective of rescuing businesses in financial distress and protecting the interests of their key stakeholders.

Alastair is an active member of TLT’s specialist Retail Sector team and has played a leading role in advising businesses and their stakeholders on a number of the UK’s largest and most high-profile retail, leisure and travel industry restructurings, sales and acquisitions.  Alastair also has extensive experience in advising social care providers and associated parties.
