Catherine is an associate in the Employment team and advises employers on a wide range of employment issues. 

She regularly defends Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers, ranging from straightforward unfair dismissal claims to more complex and high value claims including whistleblowing, equal pay and discrimination.

Catherine also advises on a full range of non-contentious employment issues including corporate transactions, redundancy processes, disciplinary matters and grievances, sickness absence management and day-to-day employment queries.

Catherine joined TLT in 2015, having trained and qualified at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

  • Delivering bespoke training to managers on handling sickness absence.
