She regularly advises clients on high value and complex commercial arrangements across a wide range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on leisure and retail. She has significant experience advising on strategic and day-to-day commercial arrangements, both on the customer and supplier side including supply, distribution, agency, outsourcing and commercial joint ventures. 

Charlotte has supported a number of our clients under secondment arrangements, assisting their legal teams with a broad range of commercial matters. Working effectively as an extension of the in-house legal function, this experience enables her to bring a pragmatic and commercial approach to her advice.

Charlotte also advises clients on competition matters, including cartels, competition authority investigations, distribution and dominance issues.
