She specialises in probate, wills, personal tax and trust administration and manages the firm's project acting as the sole provider of estate administration for a major private bank. She has particular expertise in the technical aspects of probate law and will drafting including high value and multifaceted estates.

She also provides advice on complex trust matters, advises on elderly client law and Court of Protection work, including mental capacity, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship. She is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and an Affiliate of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners holding their Advanced Certificate in Cross Border Estates the Law Society Private Client section.

Debbie qualified in 2012 as CILEX.
