Grace has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The bulk of her work involves handling Employment Tribunal claims for Respondent clients in the retail sector and she has a particular interest in complex discrimination claims.   • Acted on a complex Employment Tribunal claim involving allegations of sex discrimination and serious misconduct of managers. Grace managed to settle the claim and the settlement terms ensured confidentiality was maintained and the company’s financial exposure was kept to a minimum. 
  • Assisted with a large collective consultation exercise involving changes of terms and conditions of 500 employees. This involved providing day-to-day advisory support as well as drafting key documents bespoke to the client’s circumstances.  
  • Advised a client on a small restructuring exercise which involved making a number of their employees redundant.
