Experience
- Acted on a complex Employment Tribunal claim involving allegations of sex discrimination and serious misconduct of managers. Grace managed to settle the claim and the settlement terms ensured confidentiality was maintained and the company’s financial exposure was kept to a minimum.
- Assisted with a large collective consultation exercise involving changes of terms and conditions of 500 employees. This involved providing day-to-day advisory support as well as drafting key documents bespoke to the client’s circumstances.
- Advised a client on a small restructuring exercise which involved making a number of their employees redundant.
