Jackie Omeni is a Senior Associate in the Public Inquiries and Public Law team with a wealth of experience litigating on behalf of government.

Jackie’s main areas of expertise are: 

Employment: Jackie has a deep understanding of employment law with a particular interest in contentious matters including defending discrimination claims, claims for breach of contract, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal. 

Data breach claims: Jackie has extensive experience defending claims in the county court, high court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Examples includes, Data breach claim and defamation. 

Public law and Inquiries: Jackie has defended a number of judicial review challenges against government with a very high success rate. Jackie has also represented Government Departments at inquests.
