Jennifer joined TLT in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.
Jennifer advises SME’s, start-ups, management teams and private equity houses in relation to acquisitions, disposals and private equity investments across various sectors.
Jennifer also advises clients on general constitutional matters including shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.
Jennifer prides herself on being proactive, understanding clients’ needs and working collaboratively on transactions to achieve client objectives.
