Kevin joined TLT in 2022 and is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

He has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters.

Kevin has acted for public and private companies, institutions, management teams and individual entrepreneurs across a range of sectors.
