Leanna Bradshaw

She advises on retail financial products regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, with particular expertise in consumer credit and payment services regulation. She regularly advises on a range of complex issues arising throughout the lifecycle of regulated products, from reviewing and drafting new product terms and conditions and statutory notices, to advising on remediations and securitisations.

Leanna qualified as a solicitor in 2012. She has significant experience working in industry at financial services firms, including a leading UK bank, and therefore has a unique understanding of the challenges and commercial issues faced by her clients.

Leanna is an editor of the commentary on CONC in Butterworths Financial Regulation Service.
