Matthew is a senior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and has worked with TLT since June 2015.
Matthew has experience in a wide variety of commercial disputes, acting for corporate entities on both claimant and defendant side. Matt regularly advises on breach of contract, professional negligence, restrictive covenant, partnership and director/shareholder disputes.
Matthew has experience in conducting litigation at all levels in the civil courts. He also has extensive experience in resolving disputes outside of litigation, particularly through mediation where he focuses on achieving a good commercial settlement for his clients.
