Sally qualified into commercial property in March 1998 and has worked continually in this sector for commercial, agricultural, education and not for profit sector clients. She has niche expertise in agricultural, renewable energy and environmental issues.

Her practice areas include development projects, agricultural issues, landlord and tenant, refinancing and security, retail and licensed property work, investment property work including acquisitions, disposals and management, lease renewals and variations and energy and renewables advice.

Sally is a proactive, commercially minded and plain-speaking lawyer who understands how critical a client’s business is to them and the value provided in relieving their legal burdens so they can get on with running their business.

She has had a long-term interest in renewables and future energy and has been an associate member of IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment).
