Sarah acts for owners, occupiers and funders of hotels, pubs, bars, fitness clubs, restaurants and visitor attractions. She advises on all aspects of corporate real estate transactions, in particular on the acquisition and disposal of licensed premises (whether by sale and purchase or lease) funding and estate management work. She also has considerable experience in running portfolio transactions, including reviewing and reporting on multiple titles and associated leasehold documentation.
