It takes committed people to support  our clients for long-term success. People who are passionate, ambitious and always ready to take on new challenges. And when it comes to making sure our people have opportunities to learn, grow and excel, we are just as committed as you.

We don’t let unnecessary hierarchies or barriers get in the way. Instead we focus on collaboration, creativity and bringing refreshing perspectives together, so that we can do things differently, and better.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our people trust us to deliver a workplace that is open and inclusive, where everyone is supported in their work, development and wellbeing.
We value fairness and respect, and we believe that varied perspectives bring creativity, and creativity solves problems. We know it’s our differences that help us to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Recent initiatives and achievements include:

  • We've been named a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality two years in a row
  • Setting a new target to see 50% female representation at partner level by 2029, having achieved our original target of 33% female representation two years early. This demonstrates our continued commitment in getting female leaders to the top of the firm.
  • Launching the sixth of our colleague led networks, Neurodiversity, to continue to create community, foster inclusivity and offer support for colleagues, people managers and TLT as a firm. This network joins our Disability, Ethnic Diversity, LGBT+, Social Mobility and Women’s Equality networks.
  • Increasing the number of colleagues who are fully trained Mental Health and Wellbeing Champions for non-judgemental mental health conversations and signposting.
  • Sharing our public target to increase ethnic representation in our early careers roles from 1 in 5 to 1 in 3
  • Introducing a free assessment and diagnostic service for women in the early stages of menopause, to complement and build on our menopause app-based provision and line manager support.
  • This year, 85% of our colleagues disclosed their Equity, Diversity and Inclusion data.
