Alex has extensive experience in managing all forms of cases in the employment tribunal from start to finish, with a particular focus on complex, multi-disciplinary litigation.
Alex is also a trusted advisor on a full range of non-contentious employment issues including senior staff exits, misconduct and capability issues as well as contract drafting and other general day-to-day HR queries.
Alex trained at Addleshaw Goddard LLP and subsequently worked at Taylor Wessing LLP before joining TLT in January 2023.
