Alison has experience of managing delivery of projects for clients across a range of sectors including public sector, residential, leisure & retail, energy and telecoms. Utilising innovation and new ways of working to provide bespoke solutions for clients she works with to achieve financial and operational efficiencies.

- Local COVID-19 Testing Centre Sites - delivery of a project involving the negotiation and completion of 400+ licences for local testing centre sites nationwide in support of the Government’s pandemic testing programme.
- Delivery of a project involving over 300 leasehold acquisitions across the UK in relation to a distressed business acquisition of high street retail stores.
- CTIL - leading a team in the delivery of 2,065 new leases, lease renewals, licences, variation and assignments over a 30-month period for CTIL (joint venture for Vodafone and Telefonica). Believed to be one of, if not the largest number of commercial real estate transactions undertaken for a commercial tenant in the UK over this period.
- Public Body Landlord - dealing with an ongoing phased lease renewal programme, working alongside the property litigation team in the large-scale service of section 25 notices for a public body landlord.
- Leading a team dealing with 700+ sites requiring the grant of deeds of easement relating to injurious claims across the UK for a PLC energy company.
- Leading a team in delivering over 300 certificates of title relating to retail and ancillary units within airports across the UK in a £multi-million deal.
- Dealing with the review of tenancies with the use of AI to report on the basis of occupation for tenants across a range of UK shopping centres being acquired by Savills. To enable swift and efficient on-boarding and ongoing estate management of the centres.
