Alison Johnson

Alison is a Legal Director in TLT's Corporate team. She specialises in all aspects of Corporate law and is responsible for updating the team on new legal and market developments, assisting with complex legal research and designing training programmes for both clients and lawyers. She produces briefings on key legal matters and has a focus on using technology, tools and processes to streamline document production and transaction management in order to maximise efficiencies and minimise risk.

Before joining TLT in 2015, Alison was an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Corporate team with over 10 years' transactional experience and a particular focus on Private Equity transactions.
