Experience

The Claimants were attempting to have the matter transferred to the High Court and for one single claim form to be used for all Claimants. The application made against the Defendant was not successful in either respect.
- Amanda recently acted for a Bank whereby a Customer had alleged that a £95k vehicle supplied to them was not of satisfactory quality. The claim against the Bank was successfully dismissed with costs awarded.
