Amy is an senior associate in TLT’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
She qualified in 2017 and advises on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation including contractual and supply chain disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, commercial agency disputes and defamation and reputation management. She has particular experience of advising clients in the leisure, food & drink, retail, future energy and public sectors.
Amy is also part of TLT’s team of pensions disputes specialists and regularly advises clients on pensions-related litigation.
Amy regularly acts for clients in both the County Court and High Court. She is also experienced in resolving disputes outside of litigation and through the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly mediation, where she has a very strong track record in securing beneficial settlement terms for her clients.
Clients commend Amy for her responsive and commercially-focused advice, as well as for being diligent, highly organised and technically excellent.

- Advising the trustees and principal employer of a large pension scheme on a complex professional negligence claim against multiple firms of solicitors and actuarial advisors
- Advising a leading High Street retailer on multi-million pound claims being brought by their French commercial agent under the Commercial Agents Regulations
- Defending an unfair prejudice petition in the High Court on behalf of multiple company directors
- Acting for a FTSE 250 retailer to defend a complex claim for breach of contract and misrepresentation brought by a franchisee
