Charlotte advises clients on all aspects of competition law with a focus on behavioural advice, corporate support (including UK merger control and National Security and Investment Act (NSIA) analysis) competition authority investigations and compliance.
Alongside her involvement with a number of large and high profile Competition and Market Authority (CMA) investigations, for many years Charlotte has advised a trade association in ensuring compliance with complex CMA Undertakings. Charlotte’s most recent experience includes a number of UK merger control assessments in the leisure and financial sectors and abuse of dominance advice for a potentially aggrieved leisure operator. Charlotte also leads the firm’s NSIA practice.
