Claire Blackmore

She has experience advising clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, corporate disputes, professional negligence claims, restrictive covenant claims, commercial agency issues and reputation management.

Claire regularly advises clients in multi-million pound disputes in the High Court and has acted in a number of high profile and widely reported cases. Throughout her career she has worked on technically complex and strategically important cases, including complex rectification and interpretation issues. She has also advised in relation to group litigation and applications for pre-action disclosure.

Claire is very client focused and well-respected by clients, for whom she provides responsive and considered advice. She is regularly instructed to represent clients at mediations and through the appropriate use of evidence gathering and settlement strategies has delivered real results for her clients. Claire joined TLT as a trainee in 2012, qualifying in 2014.
