Clare Grice

Clare is an experienced pensions lawyer who advises trustees of occupational pension schemes on a wide variety of pensions legal issues. She also advises employers in respect of issues relating to their pension arrangements, including on corporate transactions. 

Clare has particular experience of advising on pensions issues within the education sector as well as on public sector pension provision, most notably the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Clare is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers (APL) and is co-chair of the West Midlands APL as well as a committee member of the Midlands PLSA.
