David Smithen

He advises on development agreements of all types, from strategic site acquisition through to the development phase. He takes the lead on major urban regeneration, joint-venture and development projects, working closely with TLT's specialist planning, tax and construction teams.

His considerable expertise includes large and complex property-led corporate acquisitions and disposals for national and international clients including Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes, Cubex Land and Square Bay. Clients value David's input from the inception of the deal structure through to the efficient delivery of the completed deal.

David joined TLT from Eversheds in 2007, having previously worked at Arthur Andersen Consulting.
