Emma Davies

She advises on large-scale transformative arrangements such as outsourcing, joint ventures, and franchising projects as well as day to day business arrangements, including agreements for the supply of goods and services, framework contracts and standard terms and conditions.

Emma has particular experience with retail and consumer goods businesses and has completed several secondments to companies operating in this sector.

Emma is also a member of TLT's Data Protection and Privacy team and provides training and practical advice on compliance with information law.
