Harry is an experienced employment lawyer. He is a former director of the Employment Lawyers Association and has represented the South West region on its national management committee.

He advises employers and senior executives on wide-ranging issues, from recruitment to exit and employment disputes. He also advises on the employment aspects of business critical projects such as reorganisations, outsourcings, mergers and acquisitions.

Harry advises across a wide range of industry sectors, including the financial services and technology sectors, and a wide range of employers from start-ups to multinationals and public sector bodies.

He provides training to clients and lawyers and has presented to industry associations and contributed articles to various publications.

Harry qualified in 2000 and his supervisor at TLT is Stuart McBride.

  • Defended global software business against age discrimination claim in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
  • Advised US listed company on employment aspects of asset purchase of pan-European telecoms business.
  • Advised Japanese parent company on sexual harassment allegations against UK MD and UK MD’s counter-allegations of bribery and corruption.
  • Defended major US insurance multinational against high value discrimination proceedings.
  • Advised on numerous complex large scale TUPE transfers in the public and private sectors.
