Helen Hodgkinson

Helen is Chief People Officer at TLT, where she is responsible for our people, performance and working environment. Helen has extensive experience in human resources, with previous leadership roles at Vodafone, KPMG, the Nationwide Building Society, the Health Service and Essex County Council.

Helen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is nationally reputed for her work in areas such as designing and developing agile working environments, diversity, inclusion and values and employer brand.
