Konstantinos Demertzis

Currently, as a Legal Project Manager at TLT LLP, he excels at managing complex legal projects by providing the firm’s legal professionals with the tools and project management support necessary to ensure the most effective delivery of client service. To improve ways of working and provide greater predictability and consistency, he applies a disciplined LPM approach to all matters.

Konstantinos is also an accredited Commercial & Contract Management (CCM) practitioner with expertise within a wide range of areas, including the five lifecycle aspects of contract management, from sourcing options to contract close-out and lessons learned. He previously spent five years in leadership roles at a global alternative legal services provider (ALSP), which allowed him to obtain insight in processes, activities and best practice within contract and commercial management.

In addition to project management skills, Konstantinos holds a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt and has practical experience in improving efficiency of operations through process improvements and automation.
