Kristian specialises in acting in the affordable housing sector and has a number of G15 members as clients, being some of the largest affordable housing providers in country.
He provides expert guidance in relation to property matters ranging from large scale multi-phase developments to site acquisition and disposal. Kristian assists clients to purchase or develop new homes through section 106 arrangements and is well-versed in agreeing complex development agreements, sale/purchase agreements and all forms of ancillary documentation.
