Laura is an experienced legal project manager with exposure to class action disputes, IAG disputes, financial services related disputes, M&A projects, and large-scale contract reviews.
As well as extensive LPM experience, Laura is a skilled Legal Ops specialist, focusing primarily on litigation.
Laura has previously supported on large-scale transformation projects, including the design and development of bespoke case management/allocation systems, and the deployment of technology on wide-ranging legal projects.
She is also extensively involved in the scoping, planning, and design of large-scale litigation projects across the firm ensuring effective delivery from day one.
Laura is a certified Legal Project Management Practitioner (International Institute of Legal Project Management).
