Mark is an experienced corporate partner who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
Mark has extensive experience in the children's nursery sector and in the last 18 months alone has advised on 12 deals in the industry, including four high profile sales, two acquisitions and a multi-million-pound investment by the Business Growth Fund. His clients include Bertram Nursery Group, Elmscot Group, Toddletown Nursery Group, Reflections Nurseries and Perfect Start Nursery Group.
Mark is listed in Chambers and Partners, who say that “Mark offers pragmatic commercial advice that clients really like” and Legal 500, who say he is "knowledgeable and active in the childcare and automotive sectors."
Mark also has experience in advising buyers and sellers of car dealerships and has previous experience of acting for Lookers plc on a number of transactions.
