Paul has over 30 years’ experience in industry and public sector both client side and supply side.
His main focus has been as a general commercial specialist with a particular passion for procurement and vendor management, outsourcing, JVs, acquisitions and innovation.
Experience
- Consultant in the Complex Transaction Team at the Cabinet Office – an interesting role acting as an IPA reviewer of the NHS Supply Chain and development of the Government Outsourcing Playbook as well as multiple commercial projects.
- Commercial Director ICT (Interim and Deliverables based) for the Metropolitan Police Service. Reporting into the CIO and CPO advising on a variety of commercial matters and relationship improvement.
- Part of the Innovation leadership team at RBS involving a selection of Innovation companies to buy services from and take stakes in.
