- Defending PPI claims raised against Lloyds Banking Group entities in English courts. Involves; preparing defences, witness statements, disclosure documentation, instructing counsel, liaising with claimant law firms, and taking instruction from/reporting to clients.
- Secured debt-recovery: defended litigation before Sheriff Courts in Scotland regarding repossession of heritable property for a variety of lender clients. Involves; preparing defences, written submissions, liaising with clients and solicitors/party litigants, appearing at court hearings, liaising with clients.
- Project Saphire: remediation project, involved assessing and responding to complaints from RBS SME customers in relation to fees/charges and general conduct of its Global Restructuring Group.
