Rachael provides HR and employment law advice to both the private and public sector advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Rachael has significant experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, having acted for employers defending complex and sensitive claims including matters involving whistleblowing and discrimination.
Rachael also regularly provides advice to employers on a range of issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, long term sickness cases, redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers.
Rachael is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

- Successfully acted for a local authority employer in connection with multiple claims from claimants including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing claims, disability, sex and age discrimination
- Advisor to a financial services business dealing with a complex tribunal claim, involving over 40 claimants and 3 other respondents where the claimants were claiming that they had TUPE transferred and were owed protective awards
- Supporting and advising public sector client in connection with disability discrimination and providing training on its duty to make reasonable adjustments
- Advising a medical pharmaceutical company on the handling of a Director, managing the disciplinary and grievance process and the settlement/exit package
