Siobhan is a partner in the Employment team and is an experienced employment tribunal advocate and sits as a part-time Employment Tribunal Judge.

Siobhan advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She specialises in complex tribunal claims often involving discrimination and/or whistleblowing, trade union matters and industrial relations, sensitive disciplinary and grievance situations and redundancy/re-structures.

Siobhan is listed in Legal500 as a Next Generation Partner.

  • Working with an RP that had provided housing to someone with a criminal record, who presented a potential risk to the public. Supporting the client on the investigation process and subsequent disciplinary process and well as handling the PR angle.
  • Advising a range of RP clients on strategic and day-to-day employment issues, from handling grievance and disciplinary situations to drafting policies/ contracts and negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Providing strategic advice on the merger of two RPs including detailed advice on the merger process, subsequent restructure and settlement agreements for senior execs.
  • Advising an RP client on a significant restructure involving more than 1,000 employees.
