She manages internal and external training programmes and supports the business by increasing efficiencies. She contributes to the wider firm's knowledge management strategy.

Prior to becoming a knowledge lawyer (professional support lawyer) in 2016, Tessa was an associate at TLT. She has extensive practical experience in contentious and non-contentious corporate and complex personal insolvency law, as well as significant experience in knowledge management.
