He specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the technology and communications sectors, and has advised on numerous private-sector and public-sector procurements for bidders and customers. He also has substantial consumer law experience and has advised several foreign-based companies on their UK launches as well as advising startups on the early stages of their lifecycle.
Tom joined TLT from KPMG, where he provided legal services to clients but also occasionally acted as a commercial negotiator, interfacing between consultants and lawyers.
