Victoria has over 10 years' experience as an employment lawyer and advises a wide range of clients on the full spectrum of employment issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, long term sickness, redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers.
She has particular experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, having previously acted for employer clients defending claims for discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and other contractual disputes. Victoria previously worked in-house as Employment Counsel (EMEA) for a global media and events organisation. This experience enables her to bring a practical and commercial approach to her advice.
