Interview with Associate Kieran Brehany

The introduction of the Procurement Act 2023 represents one of the biggest changes to the procurement rules we have seen to date. Of course, this change brings some challenges for our public sector clients in Birmingham, who we are currently supporting to ensure that they are ready for implementation. However, the Act also represents a huge opportunity for us to connect with our clients and help them plan for the change. TLT has launched our Procuring 360 initiative, which is designed to help prepare our public sector clients, and clients who supply the public sector, for the new Act. Through this initiative, we are providing access to free online training, webinars and materials. We are pleased to talk to existing and potential clients about more tailored support which we can provide, which expands beyond legal advice into offering technical, consultancy and practical support.  We are also excited to assist our clients when they procure for the first time under the regime and explore some of the new opportunities available to them.
