TLT has advised Kindred Concepts on its plans to bring F1® Arcade, the first Formula 1® licensed premium experiential venue of its kind, to the centre of Birmingham.

The leisure attraction was created by Adam Breeden - the co-founder of successful entertainment concepts Flight Club and Bounce – offering an immersive Formula 1 simulation experience with motion and audio-visual effects.

The venue will be located at Paradise Birmingham, the £1.2 billion business, leisure and residential destination in the heart of Birmingham and will be the second UK site for the brand, after the launch of its first venue in London St Paul’s was announced earlier this year.

TLT provided legal support to Kindred on all real estate and construction aspects of the acquisition, led by partner Phil Moran and senior associate Will Birtwell.

Chief operating officer at Kindred Concepts Diane Jervis said: This is a very exciting time for Kindred Concepts and we’re extremely proud to launch our second F1 Arcade site in the heart of Birmingham. We’re very grateful for the support of the team at TLT who provided expert guidance and advice throughout the transaction.”

Phil said: “We’re delighted to have been a part of this project and proud to have been involved in securing Kindred Concepts’ second F1 Arcade venue. It was a pleasure to work with the team at Kindred Concepts on the transaction and we are looking forward to visiting the site once it is open.”
