TLT appoints commercial property expert to real estate team

UK law firm TLT has appointed Caroline McEvoy as a legal director in Manchester as part of the firm’s long term growth strategy in the region.

Caroline has over 19 years of experience working in real estate and boasts significant expertise in real estate finance, asset management and corporate support matters. She has a wealth of experience in relation to diversified managed asset portfolios, investment and large-scale financing transactions and she recently provided key real estate support in relation to some of Europe’s biggest investment and financing deals.
