TLT has been awarded the Silver Diversity Mark in Northern Ireland, recognising its dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
This accreditation, awarded by Diversity Mark NI, is a mark of progress allowing organisations to demonstrate to their people and clients, a commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. The framework has been designed to help businesses set up realistic targets and actions plans, which are then ratified by an independent panel that also provides feedback and support.
This is the third time TLT has received this award, after demonstrating continued measurable progress since 2022. The firm was particularly commended for its improvement in female representation at board and senior management levels and for making progress against three specific gender-based goals.
