TLT continues to grow its national real estate group with the appointment of David Meecham as partner, expanding the breadth of services offered to public sector clients and positioning the firm as a leader in this practice area.

David, who joins from Pinsent Masons where he led its national public sector development practice, brings a wealth of experience to TLT having advised numerous government departments, local authorities, London boroughs and other organisations operating in the public sector (including some government agencies).

David has many years’ experience dealing with a wide range of property transactions with a particular focus on the acquisition of land/property and large-scale housing/residential led development schemes and advising on property regeneration in the public sector.

At TLT, David will work closely with senior partner and co-head of government and public services Andrew Glynn and with partner and head of affordable housing Linda Convery, continuing to lead on public sector development. They and the wider team will provide strategic guidance and project specific advice to public sector clients on substantial re-development and regeneration projects.

David’s appointment further increases the firm’s real estate offering, specifically bolstering TLT’s position as a leader in housing and regeneration projects for the public sector.
