TLT has been invited to join Business in the Community’s (BITC’s) Making Work Work campaign, as a leading example of how businesses can put environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues at the heart of their decision-making.

In celebration of BITC’s 40th anniversary, the campaign brings together thirty leading organisations to share stories about their positive actions under three themes:

  • #WorkItFairer – taking a responsible approach to their people

  • #WorkItGreener – positively impacting the planet

  • #WorkItTogether – supporting the places in which they are located

The campaign further inspires businesses to work “faster, braver and bolder” – including by working together to share experiences and find new solutions to today’s ESG issues.

BITC is the largest and longest-established membership organisation dedicated to responsible business, leading a movement to create a fair and sustainable world in which to live and work.

TLT is continually driving sustainable change in every part of its operations. Recent examples include achieving SBTi validation of its ambitious net zero targets; becoming the first corporate partner of Belmont Estate; and achieving 31% female partnership against a target of 33% by 2025.
