TLT has been shortlisted for three awards at the prestigious People in Law Awards 2023 for Excellence in Learning & Development, Best Environmental Initiative and Best CSR Initiative.
The People in Law Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements made from people management teams working in the legal industry in the UK, as well as recognising the dedication of those employees who are working hard to create healthier, more inclusive, diverse and equal workforces.
TLT was nominated for the Excellence in Learning & Development Award following the firm’s Leading the TLT Way initiative, launched in 2022 as the core development pathway for TLT’s senior leadership, which includes TLT World, the firm’s fully flexible approach.
TLT was also shortlisted for the Best Environmental Initiative award in recognition of the firm’s industry-leading sustainability initiatives, including its net-zero targets being validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
In addition, TLT alongside CMS, DAC Beachcroft, Dentons, Herbert Smith Freehills, Linklaters, Morton Fraser, Winkworth Sherwood and Sainsbury’s, were jointly nominated in the Best CSR Initiative category in recognition of the group’s collective ambition to improve ED&I in the legal sector.
