TLT partner named Finance Lawyer of the Year

Restructuring partner and specialist in TLT’s retail sector team, Alastair Lomax has been named Finance Lawyer of the Year at the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards.

Alastair leads TLT’s restructuring practice in Manchester and has played a leading role in a wide range of corporate restructuring and M&A assignments. As a retail specialist, he has led several of the UK’s largest and most high-profile retail, leisure and travel industry financial restructurings, sales and acquisitions.
