TLT has been ranked in the top three most active global law firms for clean energy M&A deals in Clean Energy Pipeline’s 2024 Clean Energy Legal League Table, recognising the firm’s position as one of the most active clean energy advisers in the UK.

The Clean Energy Legal League Table ranks the world’s top 20 law firms that acted as a legal adviser on clean energy project finance and M&A deals in 2023. The annual ranking includes law firms who have advised a mix of developers, companies and investors on transactions for global clean energy project developments and technologies.

TLT ranked in the top three most active global law firms for clean energy M&A deals after serving as a legal adviser to clients on 54 renewable project transactions. TLT also ranked eighth among the most active global law firms in clean energy project financing deals for 2023.
