The rankings were based on the volume and value of corporate renewables deals last year.
Having consistently placed among Inspiratia’s top ten renewables M&A teams globally by deal volume, TLT has maintained its position as seventh in this year’s ranking. Notably, this has meant increasing the number of recorded deals completed from 27 to 46, with a total aggregate value of £1.3 billion.
Key deals have included advising Enso and Cero on the UK’s largest co-located solar and battery portfolio to disposal to DIF; advising Blackrock Global Renewable Power on its £200m joint venture with battery storage developer KX Power Limited; advising renewable energy developer and investor TagEnergy on its £300m milestone partnership with Balance Power - an independent energy specialist, to develop 500 MW of battery storage projects in the UK; supporting leading solar developer JBM Solar on the sale of 102MWp solar portfolio, with 65 MWac of co-located battery storage, to Vantage RE; and completing the sale of 27.5 MW onshore wind portfolio for Capital Dynamics.
