TLT scoops award at the People in Law Awards 2024

National law firm TLT has won the Best Innovation Through Technology Award at the People in Law Awards 2024.

Now in their tenth edition, the People in Law Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements made from people management teams working in the legal industry in the UK, and recognises the dedication of those employees who are working hard to create more inclusive, diverse, equal and healthier workforces.

TLT took away top prize in this category for its recruitment platform designed in partnership with award-winning recruitment software designer HARBOUR ATS. Launched in 2022, the platform brings all of TLT’s recruitment resources together to streamline and improve the efficiency of the recruitment processes. It is entirely built around the unique needs of the legal sector.
