TLT has been nominated for the prestigious Law Firm of the Year award and ESG Firm of the Year award, while legal director Victoria Douglas has also been nominated for the Public Sector Rising Star award.

These nominations reflect the exceptional performance of the firm and its lawyers across both sector-specific and firm-wide matters.

TLT’s nomination for Law Firm of the Year follows a period of sustained growth and financial success for the Manchester team. Since opening in 2013, the Manchester office has grown substantially in size and revenue year-on-year, recording double digit revenue growth for each of the past five years and now hosting a team of more than 180 people.

TLT’s nomination for ESG Firm of the Year follows a year of significant environmental milestones, including having its targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and winning the Lloyd’s Bank Sustainable Business of the Year award at the Edie awards. TLT was also recently featured in the Legal 500 Green Guide, recognising its recent work on sustainability-related mandates and internal sustainability-related initiatives.

Since joining TLT in March 2023, Victoria Douglas has specialised in funding, governance and partnership working for the public sector or those engaging with the public sector. Her recent work has included acting on behalf of a London Borough on the procurement of a private sector partner to deliver a large housing led regeneration project and working on behalf of a number of Local Authority clients receiving HIF funding. Her excellent work and extensive knowledge within the sector have resulted in her nomination for the Public Sector Rising Star of the Year award.

Winners will be announced at an event taking place on the 13th March, at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. For more information, visit https://www.legal500.com/events/northern-powerhouse-awards/
