Adam joins from Deloitte Legal where he became legal director in 2021, having previously held positions at Kemp Little LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills. Adam brings over a decade of experience in corporate transactions with a particular focus in advising technology or tech-enabled businesses.
Specialising in advising a wide range of businesses in the technology sector – including fintechs, start-ups, fast-growth companies, investors and large national and international organisations – Adam brings in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sector, which will be instrumental in supporting the growth of TLT’s digital team. The appointment also adds to TLT’s national offering in the fast-growth sector and Adam will be working closely with the national team, led by Nina Searle, to help develop and implement the firm’s strategic vision in this area.
Adam will advise clients on lower/mid-market M&A and private equity transactions, debt/equity fundraisings and other corporate matters. Adam has broad and deep expertise advising corporates, funds, founders and management teams on transactions across all verticals of technology, including IT services, b2b software, HCM, cyber-security, digital media, AI/data, business information, ed-tech, fintech and healthcare/healthtech.
