TLT has advised on the sale of Belfast City Centre ETAP Hotel, showcasing the firm’s strengths in the real estate sector.
The hotel was acquired by Belfast’s largest hotel group Andras House, which is owned by the Rana family, and has the Crowne Plaza, Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels in Belfast.
The sale will support the further growth and development of Andras House, further enhancing the hotel and tourism offering in Belfast City Centre.
TLT provided legal advice on all aspects of the sale to the Seller. The transaction was led by a team with significant experience advising the leisure, food and drink sector including real estate partner Kevin Murphy with support from Jayne Adair in the real estate team, supported by Andrew Ryan and Sarah Mulholland in the planning and environment team.
